Shaft lines and rotation axles are often guided but bearing manufactured by centrifugal casting, except when complex geometries are requireed. These bearings are than sand casted before machining to final dimension and geometry.

Mainly casted in ASTM B148-C65800 or EN-CC333G, these applications sometimes require low magnetic nickel aluminium bronze alloys, as for example Inoxyda 53 AMA.

With our melting capacities of Nantes (50To) and Rouen (15To), we are able to cast and machine all the geomerty and sizes required for those applications.
